A new eco-friendly VCI anti-rust agent replacing rust-preventive oils and greases. A concentrate diluted with deionized water in different ratios. Biodegradable, nitrite-free, up to 2 years of protection, simple and low-cost.
Replaces rust-preventive oils/greases; suitable for in-process and finished-product rust protection of ferrous and other metals.

Combining modern film technology with VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) technology, HR-VCI bags & film are co-extruded from PE resin and VCI through a special process, conforming to US military standard MIL-PRF-22019D. Transparent, excellent barrier, long rust-proof life and easy to use.
Made by coating premium base paper with volatile corrosion inhibitor, HR-VCP paper releases anti-rust agents in sealed spaces without direct contact, protecting metal surfaces from oxidation and corrosion.
Large rust-proof covers designed for palletized metal products for export and long-term storage. The cover continuously releases VCI anti-rust agents, creating a sealed rust-proof space for whole-pallet packaging.
VCI liner bags for containers, wooden cases and cartons, custom-made to box dimensions. Once installed they form a sealed anti-rust space that works even for complex-shaped parts.
Corrosion-free neutral composite packaging material with good moisture resistance, tensile strength and cushioning, replacing traditional oil paper/acidic packaging to avoid corrosion caused by the packaging itself.
